N64 expansion slot (13 KBytes)
The N64's 50 pin expansion slot in its bottom. This is for additions like the 64 DD-drive or modems, which are placed under the control deck. Most of them were never produced or didn't appear in the European markets (like the 64DD)


N64 RAM expansion slot (14 KBytes)
Via this RAM expansion slot you can expand the N64's RAMBUS-memory to up to 8.5 MBytes (enabling High-Res graphics for many games). As you can see this N64 is already expanded
